This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect or restrict your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015<\/strong>
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Four Seasons Motorcycles Standard 3 Month Warranty<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unless clearly stated otherwise, every motorcycle sold by Four Seasons Motorcycles is covered by a minimum warranty period of three (3) months from the date of delivery or until the motorcycle has covered an additional 1,000 miles (whichever occurs first). This warranty may be residual manufacturer\u2019s warranty, a warranty supplied by Four Seasons Motorcycles, or a mixture of both.

1. Used Motorcycle Warranty – Terms & Conditions<\/span>
1.1. A Four Seasons Motorcycles Standard 3 Month Warranty will automatically apply to any motorcycle purchased from our premises unless an exemption is agreed prior to sale.
1.2. The Four Seasons Motorcycles Standard 3 Month Warranty is a warranty against mechanical or electrical failure and does not cover serviceable or consumable items such as brake pads, cables, clutch, chain & sprockets etc.
1.3. The Four Seasons Motorcycles Standard 3 Month Warranty does not cover the cost of vehicle recovery and it is the responsibility of the owner to arrange delivery of the bike to our premises in order to facilitate repairs under the warranty.
1.4. The Four Seasons Motorcycles Standard 3 Month Warranty does not transfer upon sale of the bike to another person or business.
1.5. If available, the Manufacturer\u2019s warranty will take precedence over the warranty offered by Four Seasons Motorcycles in all cases. Four Seasons Motorcycles will not provide a warranty for a duration that a vehicle that is covered by a manufacturer\u2019s warranty.
1.5.1. It is the new owner\u2019s responsibility to ensure the Manufacturer\u2019s warranty is transferred to them.
1.5.2. It is the owner\u2019s responsibility to ensure the motorcycle is maintained in accordance with the Manufacturers maintenance schedules in order to maintain the warranty.

2. What is Covered – Mechanical & Electrical Breakdown<\/span>
During the warranty period Four Seasons Motorcycles will repair or replace, at our discretion, any of the following components that suffer a mechanical or electrical failure, preventing the motorcycle from operating safely, due to defects in materials or workmanship:
2.1. Engine: All internal lubricated parts, including pistons, rings, valves, crankshaft, and cylinder head.
2.2. Transmission: Internal gears, shafts, bearings, and gearbox.
2.3. Electrical System: Starter motor, alternator\/generator, regulator\/rectifier, ignition coils, and electronic control unit (ECU).
2.4. Fuel System: Fuel pump, carburettor assemblies, and fuel injectors.
2.5. Final Drive: Drive shafts, universal joints, bearings, and rear hub.
2.6. Suspension: Front fork seals and rear shock absorber (mechanical failure only).
2.7. Braking System: Master cylinder, callipers, and ABS system (excluding pads and discs).

3. What is NOT Covered – Exclusions. This warranty does not cover:<\/span> 3.1. Normal Wear and Tear: Brake pads\/discs, tyres, chains, sprockets, cables, clutch friction plates, battery, spark plugs, filters, and bulbs.
3.2. Misuse and Abuse: Damage caused by racing, track days, wheelies, burnouts, or improper use.
3.3. Neglect: Failure to maintain the motorcycle according to manufacturer specifications (eg failing to check oil levels or incorrect service intervals).
3.4. Accidental Damage: Any damage caused by accidents, collisions, or impact.
3.5. Aftermarket Parts\/Accessories: Failure of, or damage\/failure resulting from, any non-standard parts (eg aftermarket exhausts, quick shifters, lights, alarms, heated grips etc).
3.6. Incidental Expenses: We are not responsible for recovery costs, loss of use, meals, or accommodation.
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1. The customer is responsible for returning the motorcycle to Four Seasons Motorcycles for all warranty repairs.
4.2. The motorcycle must be properly maintained and serviced according to the manufacturer\u2019s schedule. Proof of servicing may be requested.
4.3. Repairs carried out by other garages without prior written permission from Four Seasons Motorcycles are not covered.
